The origin of LUME
LUME was born from a simple but important question: why does safety have to look like a gadget? Many existing safety solutions are technical, bulky, or overly noticeable. They do not fit naturally into everyday life, nor do they align with personal style.
We saw an opportunity to approach safety differently. To create a solution that combines protection and design. Something you wear with confidence, just like a piece of jewellery. From that idea, LUME was developed – an elegant bracelet with a discreet safety function.
LUME is a startup and remains in active development. Step by step, we are building a product that is not only technically reliable but also refined in design and comfortable to wear. Throughout this process, we actively involve our target audience, as we believe the strongest products are created together with the people they are intended for.

At first glance, LUME appears to be a refined piece of jewellery. Minimal, subtle, and designed to complement any outfit. What is not immediately visible is the technology integrated within.
The bracelet features a discreet emergency button. With a single press, a signal can be sent to pre-selected trusted contacts. In urgent situations, this signal can also be forwarded to emergency services. At the same time, your live location is shared, allowing help to be mobilised quickly and accurately.
LUME is designed to function calmly and discreetly. There are no loud alarms or attention-drawing signals – only the reassurance that you are not alone when it matters most. You remain in control, with support close at hand.
